Born 09 June 1854 in New London, New London County, Connecticut to Sarah Stoddard HOLT and Charles Miner GORHAM, whose ancestors for some time had been residents of New London. 1, 3 Came to California before the age of four with her parents.3, 4 On 14 August 1872 married William Roberts ECKART, Jr. in Marysville, Yuba County, California.1, 3 He was born 17 June 1841 in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio and died 08 December 1914 in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California.1, 3 She died 05 November 1924 in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California.1, 3 Buried with her husband at Cypress Lawn Cemetery, Colma, San Mateo, California.1, 3 Her sisters are Ella Harwood GORHAM and Jeannie Bacon GORHAM.
