Margaret Mary BUCKAN^{1, 2, 3}

Born 07 Apr 1848 to Thomas BUCKAN and Euphamia Greig Miller and was christened 23 Apr 1848 in Inverkeithing, Fife, Scotland.^{1, 2}  This historian does not have further information about these parents except that they were married 02 Mar 1845 in Inverkeithing, Fife, Scotland³ and Euphamia Greig Miller had died before her daughter was married in 1867.²  Married James MEEK on 21 Jun 1867 at the Free Church of Scotland on 10 West Prestou Street, Edinburgh, Scotland.^{1, 2, 3}  Died 1936 in Oakland, California.¹

In 1930, owned an $8,000  home in the City of San Francisco.  Does not own a radio.  A widow.  Her divorced son Thomas A. Meek is living in her home.  She immigrated in 1884 and is a naturalized citizen.⁴
