Are we related to anyone that was on the Mayflower?

 

The following Mayflower claims are made based on current information.  Thus far, I have not yet completed documentation of any of the claims for submission to The Mayflower Society.  These claims are via Catherine Donham (see my reservations about her exact genealogy here), a Krusi ancestor, and the Gorham family, which are ancestors of Harriet Hume, and via Harriet Elizabeth "Hattie" Bartlett which is a Dyke family ancestor:

John Alden was born between 1598 and 1599 in Southhampton, Hampshire, England.  He died 12 Sep 1687 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.

 

His wife, Priscilla Mullins was born between 1598 and 1602 in Dorking, Surrey, England.  She died 5 Feb 1684 or 1685 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.

William Brewster and Mary

 

William Brewster was born in 1566 or 67 in Scrooby, Nottingham, England  He died in Plymouth 10 April 1644.  Various assumptions are made about his wife Mary, but in fact little is known about her.  She died 17 April 1627 in Plymouth.

 

William and Mary Brewster are the eleventh great-grandparents of the Cactus according to the following line of descent:

James Chilton and Susanna Furner

 

James Chilton was born between 1562 and 1563, probably in St. Paul's Parish, Canterbury, Kent, England.  He died aboard the Mayflower off the coast of America on 8 December 1620.

 

Susanna Furner was born 5 Nov 1564 in St. Paul's Parish, Canterbury, Kent, England.  She died in the first winter in Plymouth on 21 January 1620 or 1621.

Francis Cooke and Hester le Mahieu

 

Francis Cooke was born between 1579 and 26 Nov 1684 in either Gides Hall, Essex or Scrooby, Yorkshire.  He died 7 Apr 1663 in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  He was the sone of Edward Cooke and Elizabeth Nichols.

 

His wife Hester le Mahieu was born between 1579 and 1592 in either Leyden, Holland or Canterbury, Kent, England.  She died about 18 Jun 1666 in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  Hester and Francis were married 4 July 1603.

 

Francis Cooke and Hester le Mahieu are the eleventh great-grandparents of the Cactus according to the following line of descent:

John Howland and Elizabeth Tilley

 

John Howland was born in 1602 and died 23 February 1671/1672 in Plymouth.

 

His wife, Elizabeth Tilley, was born 1607 in Henlow, Bedford, England.  She died 21 December 1687 in Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts and was buried in the Brown Lot of the Little Neck Cemetery on Rhode Island.

William Mullins and Alice Atwood

 

Willam Mullins was born in 1578 in Dorking, Surrey, England.  He died the first winter in Plymouth, 21 Feb 1620/1621.

 

His wife, Alice Atwood, was born 1574 in London or Dorking.  She died the first winter in Plymouth in February 1620/1621.

 

They are the parents of Priscilla Mullins, wife of John Alden.

 

 

John Tilley and Joan Hurst

 

John Tilley was born 19 December 1571 in Henlow, Bedford, England and died 10 Apr 1621 in Plymouth.

 

His wife, Joan Hurst, was born 8 May 1562 in Henlow and died 1620/1621 in Plymouth.

 

They are the parents of Elizabeth Tilley, wife of John Howland.

 

 

Richard Warren and Elizabeth

 

Richard Warren died in 1628 in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

 

His wife, Elizabeth, was born about 1583 in England and died 2 Oct 1673 in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

 

They are the tenth great-grandparents of the Cactus according to the following line of descent:
