Pattern: Overall design by the Cactus. Two strips in Frosty Green and two strips in Aran (white), each 90 stitches wide- two selvage stitches (slip stitch on start of row), 22 stitches each bamboo stitch and stockingette, switched every 44 rows, creating squaress of bamboo & stockingette. Each strip continued for one skein of yarn. I plan to learn some sort of crochet to do an edge in Spruce.
Yarn: Red Heart Super Saver 100% acrylic that a co-worker gave me when she was cleaning her apartment.
Gauge: 4.5 stitches per inch on #9 needles
Time: Estimated 65 hours. This is my "fill in the spaces" project, so who knows when it will ever be done.
